Price
The prices paid are for the rental of the accommodation only. They
are expressed in Sterling and are subject to change without notice
and availability (The price agreed at the time of booking is the
price you will pay). Passports, Flights, Car Hire, Travel Insurance
and associated taxes are not included and these items are the sole
responsibility of the person(s) booking the, or person(s) travelling
to the accommodation. Paraisogolf.co.uk or the owners of the property
advertised shall not be responsible or liable for any costs, loss
or damage arising from any failure to obtain the relevant documentation,
visas or bookings.
Paying
for your accommodation
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cost of your holiday is required
on making your booking and the balance of your holiday is due no
later than 4 weeks prior to departure.
Holidays booked within 4 weeks of departure are payable at the time
of the booking in full.
Variations
of Terms of Use
These Terms and conditions of use may be revised or changed at any
time without prior notice. If they are revised, the revised version
will be posted on this site and will become effective immediately.

This site may change at any time without notice by adding, changing
or removing prices, features or services. This will be without liability
to you. We take all reasonable precaution to ensure that all details
are accurate but we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.
